The West Philadelphia Alliance for Children (WePAC) is a volunteer based nonprofit organization created to bridge racial, economic, geographic and cultural divides between West Philadelphia and its neighboring suburban communities. WePAC’s volunteers provide loving, enriched support that enhances the knowledge, skills, and opportunities for children and their families in West Philadelphia.
